Respond to my GoDaddy Conversations messages

When customers send you a message through any of the communication channels linked to GoDaddy Conversations, you can respond from the web app or from the Conversations mobile app on Android or iOS.

注意:
  • The GoDaddy Conversations mobile app is not available with free Conversations plans.
  • For now, GoDaddy Conversations is available in English-language markets only.

  2. If you have the standalone version of Conversations, scroll to Conversations Unified Inbox and select Web Inbox on the right.

    If you have a Websites + Marketing plan, scroll to Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site. In the menu on the left, select Conversations.

    您會看到所有未封存的對話清單。

  3. Note: If you're on a paid Conversations plan and you've not yet set up the GoDaddy Conversations mobile app, you'll be prompted to do so. Follow the steps if you'd like to use the app, or skip this step if you prefer.
  4. 從清單中選取對話。

  5. 在「訊息」欄位內輸入回應,然後選取GDCONVERSATIONS-conversations-icon-iOS發送發送您的訊息。

  2. In the menu at the bottom of the screen, tap Conversations.
    Tap Conversations
  3. 點選您想回覆的對話。系統會顯示完整的交談紀錄。
  4. 如需回覆,請在提供的方塊中輸入訊息,然後點選GDCONVERSATIONS-conversations-icon-iOS傳送
